我司的电位器产品广泛用于各种工业控制和测量中。在这些应用中，很多场合的供电电压是24vdc，而需要的输出信号则是4ma～20ma或0v～10v。电位器作为外源器件，其输出信号的幅值取决于外加的电源。在这种场合下，如何使电位器输出需要的电流或者电压信号呢？为解决这一问题，我司推出了sbs-22、sbs022、sbs080、sbs400信号转换模块。有了这四款信号转换模块，便可以轻松的解决电位器在工业控制中的电流和电压输出的应用。同时，在电源不是很稳定，存在小幅波动的时候，信号转换模块还可以起到一定的稳压保护作用，避免电位器受到过大的电流冲击发生损坏，也确保输出信号不随电源的波动而变化。下面对我司的这四款信号转换模块进行介绍。

our potentiometer products are widely used in various industrial control and measurement systems. in these applications,the power supply voltage in many applications is 24vdc. there quired output signal is 4ma ~ 20ma or 0v ~ 10v. potentiometer, as an external source device, the amplitude of their output signal depends on the external power supply, in such case, how to make the potentiometer output to there quired current or voltage signal? now, we have find a solution for this problem, we have launched sbs-22,sbs022, sbs080, sbs400 signal convertormodules. with these four signal convertor modules, we can easily solve the current and voltage output applications of potentiometers in industrial control systems. at the same time, when the power supply is not very stable and if there is fluctuation,the signal convertor module can also play an important role in voltage protection, prevent the potentiometer from being damaged by overcurrent impact, and also ensures that the output signaldoes not change due to fluctuation of the power supply . now, let’s describe our four signal convertor modules briefly.

sbs-22 & sbs022

sbs-22和sbs022两款作为姊妹版的信号转换模块在外形、安装尺寸方面完全一致，电气性能基本一致，具体基本参数对比见下表：

sbs080 & sbs400

sbs080和sbs400信号转换模块外形同样相近。相比于前两种模块sbs080和sbs400均可同时拥有两种不同的输出方式（具体调试方式见产品样本）。sbs400模块进口自欧洲，精度高达到±0.01%，稳定性更强，此外还有数字量的输出信号。sbs080有着与sbs400接近的主要功能，作为国内生产的产品，拥有更高的性价比。具体基本参数对比见下表：

sbs080 and sbs400 signal convertor modules are also similar in appearance. as compared to the first two modules,sbs080 and sbs400 have two different output methods at the same time (see the product catalog for specific debugging methods). the sbs400 module is imported from europe, with an accuracy of up to ±0.01%, greater stability, and have adigital output signal. sbs080 has the main functions close to sbs400. as adomestically produced product, it has a higher cost performance. the comparison of specific basic parameters are shown in the table below.
